In case you were wondering what I've been doing all this time. The picture on the left is me on July 9, 2005; the picture on the right is me on August 20, 2005. I'm going to start up a weight-loss blog soon and get into a lot of the particulars. This isn't me "dieting" -- this is me getting healthy. It's an ongoing process and I'm having a great time with it.
